Thank you for choosing Main Street 505. As we operate this online thrift store, we act as a pre-owned products reseller, we regret that we are generally unable to offer any refund or exchange options.

We are sorry that should you encounter any unsatisfactory experiences during this shopping journey, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We will do our best to provide with viable assistance.

The after-sales service period is limited to 14 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 14 days since the successful delivery, shown on tracking, we may not be able to follow up on your case. Please retain all packaging materials, including the outer packaging, when contacting us.

Please note that as a pre-owned resale platform, our products may have incomplete/damaged/missing packaging, lost parts, or surface scratches. Therefore, we will not be able to address any service requests due to the condition of the items.

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Gift cards or store credits
• Memberships
• Any mystery style or grab bag items
• Any items self-collected at the Causeway Bay pick-up point

For any agreed refund cases, we will process the refund through the original payment method. Bank account or credit card refunds typically take 3-4 weeks.

We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receiving it and issue the refund accordingly. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For any free gifts, refunds or returns may result in the loss of eligibility for the related order. We reserve the right to request the return of the gift as well, or the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
