We are passionate collectors based in Hong Kong, dedicated to connecting fellow enthusiasts worldwide with unique and cherished items.
We meticulously source our items from a variety of reputable channels, including official Disney Parks and Resorts, Disney Stores, licensed vendors, special events, and trusted fellow collectors within our network. This allows us to offer a diverse range, including harder-to-find vintage and retired pieces.
Yes. Authenticity is paramount at Main Street 505. We guarantee that all items listed are 100% official and licensed merchandise. We source diligently and do not deal in unauthorised, fan-made, or “fantasy” items.
Monthly Pin Magic
It’s a curated “mystery box” style subscription service, containing an assortment of authentic Disney pins sourced from various official channels (parks, stores, licensed release etc.). Basically, the perfect subscription box for Every Disney Pin Collectors!
We offer an optional “No Duplicate Feature” during sign-up. If enabled, we track the specific pins sent to your active subscription code to prevent duplicates for the duration of that continuous subscription. Please note: If you cancel and later resubscribe, a new subscription code is generated, restarting the duplicate tracking record.
The preference list acts as the guidance for me to curate your boxes. Although I cannot guarantee 100% of the pins included will match your preferences, your interests will be catered to some extent. You are encouraged to list out as many favourite characters/ themes/ movies as possible, to enlarge a bigger pool of possibilities for me to choose from.
If you want to keep the box completely in mystery, just leave it blank and you’ll receive a box of surprises!
Preference list will be taken via Email. We’ll contact you within 48 hours after your subscription is confirmed, please follow the instructions and reply to us. Please note once a preference list has been submitted, the preference cannot be changed for the upcoming 3 boxes. As we’ll start chasing for the pins that match your list and are ready for your next boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
Absolutely! You can either edit your existing subscription quantity via your “My Account” page (changes effective at next renewal) or simply start a completely new, separate subscription.
Each subscription is processed and shipped individually under its unique subscription code. Combined shipping for multiple subscriptions to the same address is generally not standard practice. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
You will be charged monthly on the same calendar day you initially subscribed. (e.g., subscribe on the 15th, charged on the 15th monthly).
- Note: Billing occurs based on Hong Kong Time (HKT), so the exact time might vary slightly depending on your time zone.
- If your start date doesn’t exist in a subsequent month (e.g., 31st), you’ll be charged on the last day of that month (e.g., Feb 28th/29th), reverting to the original date where possible (e.g., Mar 31st).
We have two monthly shipping dates based on your payment completion date:
- Ships around the 18th: For payments completed between the 1st – 15th of the same month.
- Ships around the 2nd: For payments completed between the 16th – 31st of the previous month. (If a shipping date falls on a Hong Kong public holiday, it shifts to the next business day). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Ordering & Payment
Our website uses WooPayments, commonly accepting Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Available options may vary slightly depending on your region.
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
You can enter your promo code either on the Cart page (usually below the product summary) or on the Checkout page (look for a link/button to reveal the coupon field, typically above billing details).
Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. (We are based in Hong Kong).
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to prepare and dispatch it within 14 working days. After dispatch, international transit typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Once your order (including subscription box) has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
No. All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the buyer, are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes (like VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s authorities upon arrival. Main Street 505 does not calculate or cover these fees. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, with no refund issued (please see our full Refund & Return Policy).
Order Issues & Policies
In the rare instance an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered it (due to stock discrepancy), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that specific item to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.
If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item (significantly different from ordered) or are missing an item you paid for (not related to normal blind box/subscription randomness), please contact us at info@mainstreet505.com within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear, uncut unboxing video proof showing the unopened package and the entire unpacking process. Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for detailed procedures and conditions.
As resellers of collectible and often pre-owned items, we operate on a strict general policy of no returns, exchanges, or refunds, especially for reasons like change of mind, manufacturing variations, or packaging condition (as detailed above and in the full policy). Returns are only considered in very specific cases of significant error on our part, subject to strict conditions and proof requirements. We strongly advise reading our full Refund and Return Policy before purchasing.
