We meticulously source our items from a variety of reputable channels, including official Disney Parks and Resorts, Disney Stores, licensed vendors, special events, and trusted fellow collectors within our network. This allows us to offer a diverse range, including harder-to-find vintage and retired pieces.
Yes. Authenticity is paramount at Main Street 505. We guarantee that all items listed are 100% official and licensed merchandise. We source diligently and do not deal in unauthorised, fan-made, or “fantasy” items.
We handle collectibles with care and strive to accurately represent their condition.
- Many items, especially older or pre-owned ones, are sold on an “as-is” basis. We meticulously inspect these items and will clearly state and photograph any significant flaws, defects, or damage observed (e.g., scratches, dents, paint wear on the item itself) in the product description and gallery.
- Please note: Our primary focus is the collectible item itself. Original outer packaging, backing cards (for pins), inner protective materials (foil bags, foam), or price tags may show wear, have damage, or be missing entirely, especially for vintage or pre-owned goods. The condition of packaging or backing cards is generally not considered a defect and does not qualify an item for return or refund.

Monthly Pin Magic
It’s a curated “grab bag” style subscription service exclusively for Disney pin collectors. Each month, you receive a box containing multiple authentic Disney pins sourced from various official channels (Parks, Stores, licensed releases etc.), offering a delightful surprise with a guaranteed value.
Each pack represents excellent value for collectors. The monthly subscription costs HK $2,000 monthly, but you will receive an assortment of pins with a total listing value between HK $2,400 – HK $2,500. This guaranteed value is calculated based on the regular (non-sale) listing prices of the pins included. To ensure clarity and avoid disputes over pricing, pins that are currently listed with a sale price on mainstreet505.com will not be included in the subscription packs. This ensures you receive at least 20% added value based on standard pricing. Additionally, free standard worldwide shipping for the subscription box is included in the price. Please note that the number of pins included in each pack will vary, as individual pins have different price points.
We offer an optional “No Duplicate Feature” during sign-up. If enabled, we track the specific pins sent to your active subscription code to prevent duplicates for the duration of that continuous subscription. Please note: If you cancel and later resubscribe, a new subscription code is generated, restarting the duplicate tracking record.
The excitement lies in the surprise! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific pin or character requests for the subscription. Pin trading is a wonderful part of the hobby if you receive something that doesn’t quite fit your focus!
Absolutely! You can either edit your existing subscription quantity via your “My Account” page (changes effective at next renewal) or simply start a completely new, separate subscription.
Each subscription is processed and shipped individually under its unique subscription code. Combined shipping for multiple subscriptions to the same address is generally not standard practice. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
You will be charged monthly on the same calendar day you initially subscribed. (e.g., subscribe on the 15th, charged on the 15th monthly).
- Note: Billing occurs based on Hong Kong Time (HKT), so the exact time might vary slightly depending on your time zone.
- If your start date doesn’t exist in a subsequent month (e.g., 31st), you’ll be charged on the last day of that month (e.g., Feb 28th/29th), reverting to the original date where possible (e.g., Mar 31st).
We have two monthly shipping dates based on your payment completion date:
- Ships around the 18th: For payments completed between the 1st – 15th of the same month.
- Ships around the 2nd: For payments completed between the 16th – 31st of the previous month. (If a shipping date falls on a Hong Kong public holiday, it shifts to the next business day). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Ordering & Payment
Our website uses WooPayments, commonly accepting Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Available options may vary slightly depending on your region.
All prices are listed and charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Currency converter provided for reference only. Final charges in Hong Kong Dollars. Exchange rates updated regularly. Last update: 1 May 2025.
You can enter your promo code either on the Cart page (usually below the product summary) or on the Checkout page (look for a link/button to reveal the coupon field, typically above billing details).
Orders are processed quickly. Minor amendments (e.g., address typo correction) might be possible if requested in writing to info@mainstreet505.com strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, but this is not guaranteed.
- No cancellations or major changes (e.g., changing items) are accepted after 24 hours.
- If an approved amendment within 24 hours results in a refund (e.g., partial cancellation), a 10% processing fee on the refundable amount will be deducted.
Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. (We are based in Hong Kong).
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to prepare and dispatch it within 14 working days. After dispatch, international transit typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Once your order (including subscription packs) has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
No. All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the buyer, are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes (like VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s authorities upon arrival. Main Street 505 does not calculate or cover these fees. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, with no refund issued (please see our full Refund & Return Policy).
Order Issues & Policies
In the rare instance an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered it (due to stock discrepancy), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that specific item to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.
If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item (significantly different from ordered) or are missing an item you paid for (not related to normal blind box/subscription randomness), please contact us at info@mainstreet505.com within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear, uncut unboxing video proof showing the unopened package and the entire unpacking process. Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for detailed procedures and conditions.
As resellers of collectible and often pre-owned items, we operate on a strict general policy of no returns, exchanges, or refunds, especially for reasons like change of mind, manufacturing variations, or packaging condition (as detailed above and in the full policy). Returns are only considered in very specific cases of significant error on our part, subject to strict conditions and proof requirements.
